Eleven South LaSalle

The 11 South LaSalle Building, a terracotta clad office tower constructed in the 1920's, required extensive renovation. The program called for the modernization of building facilities and services and the re-establishment of a unified architectural character, especially in the public spaces such as the exterior street-level, main lobby and typical floor common areas. These requirements were met by the consistent employment of classical detailing and spatial composition, and the use of traditional materials.
