Toledo Museum of Art

The newly renovated area of the Toledo Museum of Art demonstrates a special attention to the integration of building systems into the language of architectural detailing and finishes. The sky lit gallery system was studied to improve lighting characteristics from the standpoint of conservation and aesthetic concerns. The Classic Court and the Great Gallery were reinterpreted in the new design scheme to communicate their importance as distinct rooms within the Museum.
